Factory visits are welcome by appointment, Monday to Saturday. We are 40 minutes from Indira Gandhi International Airport via the DND Flyway and Noida Expressway; airport pick-up can be arranged. The sampling room and fabric library are on site, so bring your tech packs.

Within one working day for every enquiry, usually within a few hours during factory time (10 am – 6:30 pm IST, Mon–Sat). Costings take up to 48 hours because we price fabric and trims properly rather than guessing.
Which languages do you work in?
English and Hindi natively; Spanish and French for our European buyers through our merchandising team. WhatsApp voice notes are welcome.
Is there a fee for samples?
Proto samples are charged at cost (typically ₹1,500–₹3,500 per style plus courier) and fully adjusted against your bulk order. Currently, bulk orders above 500 pieces get three styles sampled free.
