A family-run apparel factory in Noida that grew from six sewing machines into a full-service manufacturer and exporter for 30+ brands across Europe and India.
Satyam Exports began in 2004 with six sewing machines in a rented hall in Sector 6, Noida, stitching kurtas for Delhi exporters who needed a unit that delivered on the date it promised. That habit — saying a date and keeping it — is still the only rule that matters here.
Today we are a full-service garment factory: fabric sourcing, pattern making, sampling, dyeing and washing, hand-block, screen and digital printing, embroidery, bulk production, quality control and export documentation under one roof, with artisan partners in Bagru, Lucknow, Bengal and Kutch for the work that machines cannot do. More than a million garments, bags and scarves leave Noida every year for 30+ brands across Europe and India.
We are family-run, BSCI-audited and stubborn about three things: the people who sew are paid fairly and on time; every certificate we show is one we can hand you; and the merchandiser who costs your style is the person who answers your call until the container is on the water. Come and see the floor — we are forty minutes from Delhi airport and the chai is good.
The person who costs your style follows it through sampling, bulk and shipping. No hand-offs, no “let me check with the factory”.
Inline checks, PP-sample sign-off and a final AQL 2.5 report — with photos on your order timeline before you pay the balance.
GOTS, BSCI, OEKO-TEX, GRS, BCI and Higg. We share the actual certificates, not just the logos.
420 permanent staff, BSCI-audited wages and hours, crèche on site, ESI and PF for everyone. Ask our workers, not our brochure.
“Papa started with six machines and one promise: deliver when you said you would. Twenty years later that is still the only KPI that matters here.”

No ticketing system. Your merchandiser picks up the phone, replies on WhatsApp and visits the line for you.
Second generation. Started on the cutting table in 2009; still walks the floor every morning at 9.
14 years in export merchandising. Speaks English, Hindi and enough Spanish to fix a fit comment on a call.
NIFT graduate. Turns a photo into a graded pattern in 48 hours and is stubborn about seam allowances.
Runs AQL inspections and every GOTS/BSCI audit. Keeps the transaction certificates you will ask for.
Balances 300 machines across six lines so your delivery date survives a power cut and a festival week.
17 years with us. Trains every new operator; her line holds the factory record for zero rejections.
Buyers are welcome to walk the floor, meet the workers and see the effluent plant. Book a visit — we are 40 minutes from Delhi airport.
