This policy explains how Satyam Exports (G-37, Block, Sector 6, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India) collects and uses personal data submitted through this website, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable international rules for our overseas buyers.

1. What we collect

Name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, delivery destination, the content of your enquiry, any files you upload (tech packs, sketches, photos), and — if you create an account — your login details, addresses, GST number and order history. We also collect standard server logs and, with consent, analytics data.

2. Why we collect it

To answer enquiries, prepare costings and quotations, produce samples, fulfil and track orders, issue invoices, run the loyalty programme and, where you have opted in, send trade updates. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your tech packs for anything other than your own enquiry.

3. Who sees it

Our merchandising, sampling, production and accounts teams; service providers who host this website and deliver email; couriers and customs agents for shipments; and authorities where the law requires. Uploaded files are stored on our servers and deleted on request.

4. How long we keep it

For the duration of our commercial relationship plus the periods required by Indian tax and export law (currently eight years for invoices). Enquiry data with no follow-up is deleted after 24 months.

5. Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, correct it, withdraw consent for marketing or request deletion by writing to satyam@satyamexport.com. We respond within 30 days. Cookies used on this site are limited to essential functions and optional analytics.
